Layer paints are designed for precise layer painting and the targeted highlighting of details on miniatures. Eshin Grey is ideal for dark, neutral grey tones and is particularly well suited for armour, fabrics, fur, stone, vehicles, as well as dark or tactical colour schemes. The paint offers balanced, controlled coverage and allows clean, subtle highlights with natural depth.
Layer paints are applied in thin layers and allow light and depth to be built up in a controlled way. Eshin Grey is excellently suited for lightening very dark greys or adding subtle highlights without losing the overall dark impression or obscuring details.
For optimal results, it is recommended to thin the paint slightly and apply it in several thin layers. This allows even surfaces and precise highlights to be achieved.
